I started my career pulling cables and configuring switches. Now I help some of the world's largest companies maintain reliability on infrastructure that serves millions of users daily.

That journey — from hands-on network engineer in Muscat to Customer Reliability Engineer at Cloudflare in London — wasn't linear. It was built through years of solving problems that didn't have a manual. Enterprise deployments across the Gulf. Real-time DDoS attacks on Cloudflare's edge. Production incidents at 2am where the right call matters.

What I've learned: the hardest problems are never purely technical. They're about understanding what the customer actually needs, communicating clearly under pressure, and knowing which lever to pull when everything is on fire.

At Cloudflare, I sit between our engineering teams and our most strategic customers. I speak both languages fluently — technical depth with engineers, clear context with stakeholders. That rare translation skill is what I've spent nearly two decades building.

Outside of work, I'm a compulsive learner. The certification wall is real — CISSP, CCSP, CCIE Security, Google Cloud Architect, and counting. Not for credential-collecting, but because the field moves fast and I refuse to fall behind.
